Packages Overview:

Advanced Electrolysis Melbourne (AEM) may offer our valued clients the opportunity to pre-purchase either 4 or 8 treatment packages at a discounted price, to assist with getting hair removal at a more cost-effective price. There are terms and conditions that make it possible for us to offer these discount arrangements. If you have received treatment with us and know that you wish to commit to having future treatment sessions as part of a discounted package, then please talk to your electrologist about what is available.

Packages Terms and Conditions

Please note that the following terms and conditions will apply to package purchases, in all instances:

2.1 All AEM Packages must be pre-paid and all appointments pre-booked prior to commencement of package treatment sessions.
2.2 Packages are to be purchased in person at AEM Richmond.
2.3 AEM Packages can only be redeemed at our AEM clinic.
2.4 All AEM Packages are non-refundable in whole or in part and will have a final expiry date (provided at the time of purchase) after which they will cease to be valid if the sessions have not all been completed by that date.
2.5 AEM currently offer two discount package options:
- A 4-sessions package (4SP), to be completed within 12 weeks from purchase date. A 4SP must be for at least 1 hour up to a maximum of 4 hours each. They can be used for either 16 or 32 probe treatments.
- An 8-sessions package (8SP), to be completed within 18 weeks from purchase date. An 8SP can only be used for 2,3 or 4 hour sessions and only apply for 32 probe treatments.
2.6 If extenuating circumstances occur and you advise us before the package expiration date that you are unable to complete all your treatment sessions, then we may, at our discretion, and with your agreement:
- convert to credit the balance of your outstanding treatment price. For the purposes of calculating the remaining credit balance, already completed treatments will revert to being costed at non-package prices, and an administration fee (cancelling, rescheduling and redirections associated with the transfer) of 6% of the initial purchase price for 4 treatments packages or 8% for 8 treatments packages will apply. The remaining balance will then be made available to you as credit, which can be used within 36 months of the date the package was initially purchased.
- Should the package be transferred at your request to another nominated AEM client, your credit-balance-only will be transferred to your nominated person.

We always do our best to ensure the conditions related to each package are as clear as possible. Please also note that, while AEM staff may have discussed package opportunities with you, it is always solely and entirely the responsibility of each client to consider their needs and requirements – and the terms and conditions outlined above – when deciding whether or not to go ahead and pre-purchase a non-refundable package of treatments.

Definition:

Package – an AEM Package is the purchase of a group of treatments (4 or 8 sessions) for a discounted price (compared to current standard treatment session pricing) purchased by and for an individual client.
Credit – credit refers to the balance of an unused package, requested by a client before the expiration of their package period and when all treatment session entitlements have not been completed. Should you not complete your package, (in the time frame allotted by AEM) or you wish to transfer the balance to another person, it will be called Credit. Credit is calculated as the original amount paid, less your treatments completed (priced at current AEM non-package treatment session pricing), and less the 6% or 8% administration fee outlined above. The balance will be called Credit, and treatment session discounts will not apply.
