Louis and his team at AEM have been wonderful in helping me achieve my goals and making me feel welcome comfortable. Their knowledge in regards to the treatment itself as well as their cleaniness and hygiene is next level. They are courteous and discreet and always work towards realistic expectations for the client. I have been attending this clinic for over a year and have always found their hygiene practices to be next level. It is important to note that whilst they are not working in a medical environment, they do ensure they adhere to all necessary guidelines set out for a clinic environment and have always kept to the highest standards when handling their surroundings and equipment. Best decision I ever made was starting Electrolysis here! The most difficult part of the whole process was trying to find time for appointments around my work schedule and Louis managed to find me an appointment every time!

Really great experience at AEM. Forth treatment so far with Joyees and the results have been amazing! Joyees Is very gentle and always making sure I am comfortable. We’d initially started on the chin area, now moving to the upper lip area, I no longer feel self conscious of my chin as the hairs are nearly all gone! Great for women whom have PCOS

The team at Advanced Electrolysis Melbourne are professional and efficient, while also being sensitive to the needs of their clients. The booking process is easy and straightforward, and the team have always been flexible and accomodating! I have now undergone treatment for around a year and I have noticed a significant and marked difference in the prominence of hair in the area, this treatment has been a game changer and I would suggest it to anyone who is looking for a permanent solution to hair removal!

Louis is extremely professional & warm. The studio is beautiful & clean. Parking along side streets is easy or tram stop almost right out the front. So happy with the results after trying many other alternatives. I was initially nervous about the procedure but Louis helped build me up to it and now comfortably get through 1 hour sessions Highly highly recommend
